In this position, you are free to turn your creative ideas into concrete actions that will lead to our story being shared on- and offline.
That's why we are looking for someone that, just like us, believes that things can be done better, smarter and faster to create more impact.
You are eager to get started and are the first to jump up when sh*t needs to be done. You always have groundbreaking ideas that you use to inspire others with. You are up to date with the latest trends and developments and use those insights to create kick-ass content and to generate relevant leads.
You want to make an impact for customers and your colleagues. After all, you know that changing the world is not a one-man job, so team player is high on your list of priorities.

What are you going to do?
Increase our own brand awareness by sky-rocketing our online presence.
You brainstorm, create and optimize content for our existing online and social channels.
You challenge to experiment with new types of content on different channels.
You manage our content calendar and make sure we make the deadlines.
You maintain and optimize our website.
Get in more relevant leads through growth hacking.
You improve and optimize our customer journeys based on input from the Marketing Lead and sales team.
You set up multi-channel campaigns from content to workflows and from data analysis to optimization.
You think along with business development activities.
Build long-term relationships by creating meaningful interactions with colleagues and clients.
You manage our social media channels and take care of online engagements.
You come up with new (content) ideas based on your internal and external analyses.
You co-create and organize (online) events for our customers.
What exactly do you need for this?
You have a bachelor / master -degree, 2-4 years of relevant work experience. You are fluent in Dutch and English. You can work independently and have an eye for detail. You have experience in content creation, managing social media channels, lead generation, managing marketing automation systems (ActiveCampaign) and/or content management systems.
