What type of information do we collect and why
In case we have an in person interaction with you, for example a workshop, a masterclass or a meeting, we may collect the following information: name, email address, job title, industry, company name, company address, phone number, LinkedIn profile URL. We use a client relationship management tool ‘Pipedrive’.
We analyze and aggregate this data to get industry and internal insights. The processing of this data is necessary for the pursuit of our legitimate business interests (including that of the delivery and the promotion of our services)
When you sign up to our newsletter, or download information from our website, we collect the following data: Name, country, email address.
We only collect the data you provide to us, meaning with your consent and we use this data to update you on relevant, local, information about BMI and we aggregate this data to get internal insight.
Sharing of information with third parties
BMI is a global operating company, with offices in these locations. We are operating closely together, which means the teams in the different locations use the same systems, including our CRM system Pipedrive.
When necessary, personal data will be shared with third parties.
We use tools provided by external parties to ensure effective execution of our business. Examples of these tools are: Dropbox, Eventbrite, Mailchimp, ActiveDemand, Pipedrive, Google, GoToWebinar.
Control of your personal information
You have the right to access, modify or delete your personal information at any time. We will fulfill requests to your personal data within 30 days. Requests can be send to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may unsubscribe from our email communications at any time by emailing email@example.com.
While we do not hold personal data any longer than we need to, the duration will depend on your relationship with us.

We have in place appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your Personal Information against unauthorised or unlawful use, and against accidental loss, damage or destruction.
