Strategic Innovation for Directors – Masterclass (GLASGOW)
On February 8th, we’re running a Masterclass – Strategy and Innovation For Directors – in Glasgow, Scotland. The Masterclass will be delivered by Doug Morwood. During this masterclass, we combine the Business Model Canvas with other innovation techniques and visual tools, designing innovative business models and a strategy for the future. Join participants in leading positions from across the country, and explore how visual tools and co-creation can lead to more effective strategy through strategic conversations.
New Tools for Strategy and Innovation
We live in a time where little is predictable. Large profits and growing market shares are over. The majority of organisations navigate a space where competitors appear overnight, customers demand monthly innovations and business plans rarely last a full year. The Business Model Canvas is a systematic, practical and visual approach to help you design and innovate your business model. Doug Morwood takes you through the Business Model Innovation Process. Focusing on different innovative business models – from startups to corporates in different industries – he inspires you to innovate your own business model. Besides that, you get insights in visualisation techniques for business modelling. After the masterclass, you will be able to apply these techniques to your own organisation.
