In our projects, we use the art of graphic facilitation. We believe this is the most effective and inspiring way to understand the bigger picture for a company and to develop group memory. All our strategy consultants, business designers and facilitators master this art. During our workshops, we facilitate teams by using large scale imagery to lead the teams to their goal. We work with predefined templates which cover a company’s vision, context and portfolio.
