World Bank - Global Youth Anti-Corruption Network (GYAC)
Business Model Innovation

I really liked that the engagement was very participatory. The different canvases and visual tools were very helpful to analyze the current situation of the network and its potential future. I also appreciated that Business Models Inc. UK were flexible in their methodology, especially on the validation exercises, to meet better the needs of the group. The quality and support of the facilitators, Doug and Duncan, was outstanding. Also, the summary and visual reports were very helpful to document what happened and what was discussed during the three-days.
