Camilla van den Boom COO & Partner
Camilla van den Boom, COO Business Models Inc., facilitates (inter)national organizations in improving their (or formulating new) business models and accompanying strategies in order to ensure a solid performance and success in their markets.
Camilla has 15 years of experience in strategy development, strategy implementation and organization-al (re)design within large (inter)national organizations. She has extensive experience in the Professional Services and Financial Services Sector, the Industrial Branch and the Healthcare Sector.
Camilla’s specialization is strategic visioning and business modeling, ensuring that adequate business design and organizational capabilities are in place to enact the vision. She has a substantial experience in advising CXO level.
Before founding Business Models Inc., Camilla was senior manager at Deloitte, Andersen and Accenture.
