Ernst has 20 years of experience in assisting organizations in realizing a well-supported vision by the facilitation of a creative and inspirational process. He poses the hard-to-answer-questions to get behind the day-to-day business reality, which covers important organizational truths and core values. Customer development from new business models is one of Ernst’s key topics.

Ernst’s specialization is innovative projects in the public sector and crossovers between public and private sectors such instance arts, sports, entertainment, agriculture, health and science.

Before joining Business Models Inc., Ernst worked at EKKO, Netherlands Media Art Institute, Amsterdam Fund for the Arts and Cultuur-Ondernemen.
